Commanding Officer of NAVSEA Dahlgren, Capt Oravec
is the 48th Commanding Officer of the Naval
Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD).
He assumed command on June 21, 2024
Capt Oravec will be briefing us about regional
industry partnerships and how the demand signal
for NSWCDD technical excellence is increasing and
how our combined efforts need to be focused on the
Sailor as the end user.
