BAE Systems Awarded Marine Corps Order for Headborne Energy Analysis and Diagnostic Systems

BAE Systems has received an order from the U.S. Marine Corps for 1,320 headborne energy analysis and diagnostic systems (HEADS), a sensor system placed inside helmets that will help scientists analyze and understand the forces that Marines sustain during impact and blast events that could lead to brain injury.
