Northrop Receives Global Hawk Funds
Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, San Diego, California, is being awarded an approximate $7 million contract modification for advance procurement long lead items associated with two Block 30 and two Block 40 Global Hawk air vehicles; two in-line Airborne Signals Intelligence Payload; two Multi-Platform Radar Technology Insertion Program sensors; two in-line EISS sensors; and other items and activities required to protect the production schedule for Lot 10. One firm was solicited and one firm submitted a proposal. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
