Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Charlottesville, Virginia, is being awarded an $8,346,102 firm-fixed-price contract for the new manufacture of MK39 MOD 3A Ring Laser Gyro Inertial Navigation Systems equipment, associated components, shore based tools and spare parts used on Royal Saudi Naval Forces ships. This contract involves a foreign military sale solely with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Work will be performed in Charlottesville, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by December 2018. Foreign military sales contract funds in the amount of $8,346,102 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not

Honeywell International Inc., Minneapolis, has been awarded a maximum $38,941,344 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the production of three configurations of ring laser gyros used in the AN/WSN-7(V) navigation system. This is a three-year base contract with two one-year option periods. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1). Location of performance is Minnesota, with a March 7, 2021, performance completion date. Using military service is Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2021 Navy working capital funds.

Honeywell International Inc., Aerospace-Clearwater (Space), Clearwater, Fla., has been awarded a $7,279,938 modification (P00048) to an existing cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (FA9453-08-C-0263) for the Strategic Systems and Launch Technologies (SSLT) program. The contract modification is for an in-scope add work to Option III for additional work required to identify, test, and modify the design to develop a radiation hardened loop closure Application Specific Integration Circuit for the Strategic Fiber Optic Gyro. Detachment 8, Air Force Research Laboratory, Space Vehicles Contracting Division, Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M., is the contracting activity.

The Boeing Company, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a more than $10 million delivery order against a basic ordering agreement for the procurement of 741 Honeywell model GG1320 ring laser gyros for F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft for the U.S. Navy (714) and the government of Australia (27 spares). The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
