Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors, Moorestown, N.J., is being awarded a $43,867,055 modification to previously awarded fixed-price-incentive contract for the production of fiscal 2013 Multi-Mission Signal Processor equipment, Ballistic Missile Defense equipment and associated spares and engineering services for USS Arleigh Burke (DDG 51); USS Mitscher (DDG 57), and USS Milius (DDG 69). The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington D.C., is the contracting activity.
The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is announcing the award of a sole source cost-plus-incentive-fee with technical/schedule performance incentives contract modification to Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors, Moorestown, New Jersey. The total value of this modification is $6,578,419, increasing the total contract value from $176,695,539 to $183,273,958. This modification accounts for the award of contract line item numbers (CLINs) 0002 and 0003 for integration of the Aegis weapon system hardware onto skids to include the computer processing suite, spy transmitter and signal processor.
