Alliant Techsystems Receives U.S. Navy Contract

Alliant Techsystems Incorporated has been awarded a $96.8 million, cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for the design, development, integration and test of the multi-stage supersonic target (MSST). The MSST will provide threat representation for the developmental and operational testing of a major weapon system. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
