GE Aviation Receives $12 Million Contract From Navy
GE Aviation Systems LLC is being awarded a $12 million ceiling-priced indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the procurement of 27 V-22 Crash Survivable Memory Units (CSMU); 120 E-2D Crash Survivable Flight Information Recorder (CSFIR) Voice and Data Recorders (VADRs); and 2 T-6A CSFIR Integrated Data Acquisition and Recorder System and CSFIR supply system spares. In addition, this contract provides for engineering and product support; CSFIR and CSMU hardware; software upgrades, repairs, and modifications for CSFIR/Structural Flight Recording Set (SFRS) common ground station software.
