Stolar Research Corporation, Raton, New Mexico, was awarded a $10,300,000 firm-fixed-price contract the procurement of Sand Dog Systems, spares and field service representative support in Afghanistan. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg, Mississippi, is the contracting activity.
