Raytheon Oakley Systems, Salt Lake City, Utah, was awarded a $7,932,976 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the research and development services in support of the detection of insider threats by identifying behaviors. The Army Contracting Command, Research Triangle Park, N.C., is the contracting activity.
