TCS Receives $7.8 Million for WPPL Deliverables

TeleCommunication Systems Incorporated (TCS) has received $7.8 million from the U.S. Marine Corps to provide additional Wireless Point-to-Point Link (WPPL) systems for troops deployed in Iraq. The TCS WPPL systems provide Marine Corps communicators with secure point-to-point and point-to-multipoint, line-of-sight and non-line-of-sight transmission of voice, video and data communications.
