PAR Government Systems Corporation, Rome, New York, was awarded a $42.5 million firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the full-motion video, geospatial information systems, and surveillance and reconnaissance services. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Natick, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.
