Highlighting Diversity at Chapter Luncheons by Greater Omaha Chapter
Our VP for Diversity has put together a benchmark program
which highlights national diversity awareness initiatives or
local themes pertinent to our chapter every month. She
includes a short 5-10 min speaker prior to the featured
luncheon speaker, to introduce the topic and most
presentations are interactive games or discussions with the
chapter membership.

Expand Your Board of Directors by Atlanta Chapter
To encourage active participation in our chapter, the Atlanta
chapter encourages members interested in becoming more active
in our chapter to join our board of directors. Currently
our board of directors includes 38 members, almost 10 percent
of our membership. This provides fresh ideas to our chapter
leadership, volunteers to lead or assist in various events
and builds our core of active members. In addition, these
members also get the added benefit of a chapter position,
which earns them praise from their employers and good resume
material too. It¿s a win-win for all.
