Army Awards Contract for Positioning System

TRX System, Greenbelt, Maryland, was awarded a $402,529,209 hybrid (cost-no-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-sharing and firm-fixed-price) contract for the procurement of Dismounted Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing System Generation II Line replaceable units and associated required services. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of March 21, 2030.
