Army Buys Artillery Charge System Cartridges

Day & Zimmermann Lone Star LLC, was awarded a $966,745,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the manufacturing, assembly, inspection, packaging and delivery of 155 mm Modular Artillery Charge System M231/M232-series combustible cartridge cases. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of September 27, 2028. Army Contracting Command, Newark, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (W15QKN-23-D-0064).
