Booz Allen Hamilton, McLean, Virginia, was awarded a $150,949,292 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for technology, innovation and data engineering research and development; and disruptive intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, science and technology research and development. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of September 21, 2028.
