Mastodon Design LLC, Rochester, New York, was awarded a $99,991,845 firm-fixed-price contract for the Terrestrial Layer System Brigade Combat Team Manpack. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 27, 2029.
