DISA Selects Small Businesses for $7.5 Billion SETI Contract

Under the competitive soliciation, the small businesses were each awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract. In addition to the restricted set aside for small businesses, the SETI contract also has an unrestricted pool, which was awarded on June 14, 2018. The entire ID/IQ has a ceiling of $7,500,000,000. Awardees will each receive a minimum guarantee of $500 applicable to the base ordering period only. All other funding will be obligated at the task order level. Performance locations will be identified at the task order level and may be worldwide. Proposals for the restricted awards were solicited via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with 99 proposals received. The period of performance is a five-year base period with one five-year option period.
