Flintco Limited Liability Corporation, Tulsa, Oklahoma, was awarded a $16,915,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of a new air traffic control tower located at March Air Reserve Base, California. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Kentucky, is the contracting activity.
