International Business Machines Corp., Yorktown Heights, N.Y., was awarded a $7,788,423 modification to a previously awarded contract for the development of a scalable graph analytic and statistical learning methods to detect abnormal behavior from large, dynamic and heterogeneous media. The Army Contracting Command, Research Triangle Park, N.C., is the contracting activity.
