Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Clearfield, Utah, is being awarded a $108,098,628 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract to purchase a modification to the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Cryptography Upgrade II Engineering and Manufacturing Development Program.
