Northrop to Provide Sense and Warn in Afghanistan and Iraq

Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Herndon, Virginia, was awarded a more than $11 million contract modification for the installation or reconfiguration of sense and warn capabilities at nine sites. Work will be performed in Bagram, Afghanistan; Baghdad, Iraq; and Huntsville, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2011.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
