Lockheed Martin to Equip Australian Cockpits
Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors, Owego, New York, is being awarded an $85,137,344 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded advance acquisition contract to provide for the procurement of end-of-life components and long lead materials and associated efforts required for the production and delivery of 24 MH-60R Mission Avionics Systems and common cockpits for the Royal Australian Navy under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Farmingdale, Victor and Owego, New York; Ciudad Real, Spain; St. Charles, Missouri; Lewisville, Texas; Windsor Locks, Connecticut; and various locations throughout the United States. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
