On Point: Q&A With Col. Kathleen Swacina, USA (Ret.)
Col. Kathleen Swacina, USA (Ret.), is CEO/CIO of Kolibri Strategy. She has more than 30 years of military and 10 years industry experience in providing strategic leadership, direction, oversight and support for complex technology programs, including network architecture, cybersecurity and data center consolidation. She now serves with the Holistic Information Security Practitioner Institute (HISPI), where she helps lead Project Cerebellum, promoting responsible development of artificial intelligence (AI), and she is a vice chair of the AFCEA International Homeland Security Committee and a member of the AFCEA Board of Directors.
