Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., San Diego, is awarded a $75,560,904 firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the purchase of software maintenance and software technical and development support for the Command and Control Personal Computer and the Tactical Service Oriented Architecture systems. This contract contains an initial one-year ordering period with four one-year optional ordering periods with a maximum contract ceiling of $75,560,904. Work will be performed in San Diego, with an expected completion date of September 2027 if all ordering periods are executed. The maximum dollar value for all five ordering periods is $75,560,904. Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $4,924,224.44 will be obligated at the time of award and contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $51,204.25 will be obligated at the time of award. Raytheon/Lockheed Martin Javelin JV, Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $311,171,700 modification (P00074) to contract W31P4Q-19-C-0076 for full-rate production of Javelins. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2026. Fiscal 2022 Foreign Military Sales (Jordan and Lithuania) funds and Army procurement appropriations funds in the amount of $311,171,700 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Red Stone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
