U.S. Army Purchases 300 PackBot Robot Systems

iRobot Corporation, Bedford, Massachusetts, was awarded a $60 million firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The award will provide for the procurement of up to 300 PackBot Robot Systems, sustainment parts, repair, maintenance, and training. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, Michigan, is the contracting activity.
