Celebrate Small Business Month

I have been an individual member of AFCEA International for many years, joining to leverage the networking opportunities with peers and to get a better understanding of customers’ missions. I joined AFCEA as a corporate member in 2022 to leverage the brand to provide corporate visibility and to serve in leadership roles for personal growth.

AFCEA has provided us with several opportunities for engagement, to include the AFCEA Mentor-Protégé Center of Excellence program, sponsored by the AFCEA Small Business Committee, AFCEA-sponsored information sessions, hosted by corporate and local chapters, and small business sponsorship opportunities such as AFCEA TechNet Cyber in Baltimore.

My AFCEA engagement continues to season, serving on the AFCEA Homeland Security Committee that serves as a forum to develop new ideas regarding capabilities to meet homeland security challenges through ethical exchanges of communication between industry and federal, state, and local government agencies.

AFCEA continues to be a valuable resource for me personally and for my company’s visibility and growth potential.
