The Boeing Co., Huntington Beach, California, is being issued $68,693,695 for cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee task order 2001 against a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00019-16-G-0001) for research, development, integration and testing efforts in support of the P-8A Poseidon aircraft. This task order includes Increment 3 Block 2 acoustics subsystem capability enhancements, software updates, acoustics system and subsystem software sustainment, technical support, management, defect correction, modernization, enhancements, improvements, and obsolescence mitigation.

The Boeing Co., Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $21,252,474 modification to a previously awarded advance-acquisition contract (N00019-14-C-0067) for the procurement of additional long-lead items for the manufacture and delivery of nine full-rate production Lot II P-8A MMA aircraft for the Navy. Work will be performed in Seattle, Washington, and is expected to be completed in April 2018. Fiscal 2014 and 2015 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $21,252,474 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Boeing Company, Seattle, is being awarded a $60,745,967 modification to a previously awarded fixed-price-incentive-firm contract (N00019-12-C-0112) for the procurement of recurring Advanced Airborne Sensor Capability Platform Integration Kit In-Line modifications in support of the P-8A Poseidon low-rate initial production lot IV (13 aircraft) and full-rate production lot I (16 aircraft). Work will be performed in Seattle (78 percent); Glendale, California (14 percent); Greenlawn, New York (4 percent); Torrance, California (3 percent); and Killdeer, North Dakota (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in April 2017.

Raytheon Company, McKinney, Texas, is being awarded a $50,121,721 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00019-13-C-0161) to exercise an option for the procurement of 16 APY-10 radar kits for full-rate initial production Lot I P-8A Poseidon aircraft. In addition, this option provides for installation and checkout technical support, configuration management, reliability and maintainability failure reporting and corrective actions, engineering change orders/proposals, integrated logistics support, technical data and repair. The Boeing Co., Seattle, Wash., is being awarded a $128,393,761 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract for engineering labor to perform extended lifetime fatigue testing, teardown, and post-teardown analysis of the P-8A airframe under the P-8A System Development and Demonstration Program. The engineering tasks and analyses are necessary to authorize P-8A operations for up to 150 percent of the specified service life of the airframe, dependent upon the results of the extended lifetime testing.

The Boeing Co., Seattle, Wash., is being awarded a $12,354,787 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract for services on three P-8A Training Systems to provide training for P-8A aircraft that operate with a Test Release 12 (TR-12) aircraft software version. In addition, this modification provides for analysis of Aircraft Program Revision Records that define changes to the aircraft between the previously delivered Block 9.2 configuration of training devices and the target TR-12 configuration shall be analyzed for applicability to the training system.
