Legacy Portal Tools

SORRY!  The Legacy AFCEA Portal is available only to AFCEA Chapter Officers/Leaders.

Q: What tools are part of the legacy portal?

A: Below are some of the most common reasons a chapter leader would need to access the legacy portal: 

  • Enter and maintain chapter calendar entries
  • Run deprecated administrative reports
  • Submit data to headquarters membership staff such as annual reports
  • Submit chapter news

Q: What tools are NOT part of the legacy portal?

A: Many common tasks can be performed in the new MemberSuite portal you came from including:

  • Adding chapter leaders/officers to a chapter
  • Finding a member of a chapter (validation)
  • Viewing and exporting chapter rosters
  • Updating the public chapter profile data
  • Uploading/maintaining chapter officer files
  • Partiicpating in the chapter discussion forum (if enabled for your chapter)

 Q: If I am a chapter officer and I cannot access the legacy portal who should I notify?

A: You should start by reaching out to your local chapter contact to ensure they've requested access for your account.  If they have then you can email service@afcea.org to inquire about the status if your access to the tools.
