F. Nazir Hill serves on the board of directors and as assistant treasurer for the Atlanta Chapter of AFCEA. Hill joined the association in early 2022 and jumped right into his new role. He worked with the treasurer to implement several new ideas—most coming to fruition in the last month. While developing and seeking approval for the 2023 budget, he established budgets for several individual events, giving the Emerging Leaders their own funds to plan future events. In addition, he worked diligently to obtain a Google grant for the chapter to allow it to advertise events monthly for free.
Hill also found a way to cut the annual cost of QuickBooks by more than 73% to make the tool an affordable option for tracking chapter financial business. Hill serves as the president and CEO at Complete Facility Services LLC (CFS). He has over 25 years of experience in finance, leadership and operations. Under his leadership, CFS has obtained numerous licenses and certifications and has experienced over 50% growth in the last two years to become a fast-growing minority small business enterprise.
Hill has guided CFS and his management team to achieve CIMS-GB (Green Building) certification with honors, one of the few firms in the state of Georgia to achieve this distinction. Hill has guided CFS through overseeing and implementing strong systems, safety protocols, a highly skilled labor force and the necessary resources to provide the highest quality facility maintenance services to the educational, local, state and federal government. He oversees the continued growth, quality of service, management and staff with over 30 years of combined experience. In addition to AFCEA, Hill sits on the board of directors and committees for the National Contract Management Association, the Building Service Contractors Association International and the International Sanitary Supply Association.
He is also a Georgia ambassador for Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business alumni. Hill holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Southern University at New Orleans and a finance management certification from Cornell University. Hill enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends. He is passionate about exercising, reading and participating in charitable events.
