Boeing Provides F/A-18 Data Link Kits to U.S. Navy, Royal Australian Air Force
The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded an $11 million firm-fixed-price order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement for the procurement of 889 Rover data link kits, 837 for the Navy and 52 for the Royal Australian Air Force, in support of engineering change proposal #6342 for the F/A-18E/F advanced targeting forward-looking infrared upgrade. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
