Clarke Assigned to CONUS NORAD Post

Maj. Gen. Stanley E. Clarke III, USAF, has been nominated for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and for assignment as commander, First Air Force (Air Force North) and commander, Continental U.S. North American Aerospace Defense Command Region, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida.
