Air Force Purcahses Thales' Instrumental Landing System

Thales Air Traffic Management Inc., Clarksburg, Maryland, was awarded a $21,818,801 modification (P00012) to contract FA8730-18-C-0034 for the purchase of six additional deployable instrumental landing systems. Work will be performed in Clarksburg, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2022. This sole source award is the result of a priced option of the contract previously mentioned. Fiscal year 2017 and fiscal 2019 other production funds in the amount of $21,818,801 are being obligated at the time of the award.
