All Native Incorporated, Winnebago, Nebraska, was awarded a $17,875,492 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The award will provide for the information technology support services for the Fort Belvoir Network Enterprise Center. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
