Baltimore Police Department Purchases Eurocopter EC120
American Eurocopter announced today that the Baltimore Police Department has ordered four EC120's to replace its current fleet of four aircraft. The new EC120s will be used in part for a homeland security mission and will include advanced avionics and mission equipment, including thermal imager, searchlight, moving map, and video downlink systems. Baltimore PD's EC120s will have both front seat and rear seat consoles for tactical flight officers.
