LinQuest to Provide Joint Navigation Warfare Center Support

LinQuest Corp. of Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $99,200,000 single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) services support. The company will provide non-personal services throughout the JNWC. The center is part of the Joint Functional Component Command for Space, United States Strategic Command, located at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico. The JNWC includes officials from the U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force, Canadian and Australian armed forces, DOD civilians and contractors. The center's mission focuses on enabling positioning, navigation, and timing capabilities for navigational warfare. Under the contract, work will be performed at Kirtland, and is expected to be complete by February 28, 2025. The award was a competitive acquisition and two offers were received. Fiscal year 2018 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $670,450; and FY 2018 research and development funds in the amount of $291,420 are being obligated at the time of award. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is the contracting activity (FA4600-18-D-0001).
