From the Desk of AFCEA’s Intelligence Committee
The 2022 election voting is complete and AFCEA joins committee leadership in welcoming the new Intelligence Committee members. The pool of candidates was exceptional. This year’s class brings a diverse set of professional experiences and backgrounds, and the Intelligence Committee—and AFCEA International—are better organizations by virtue of the committee members’ participation.
The committee’s re-elected members are Randy Barber, Bill Webster, Maj. Gen. Mark Westergren, USAF (Ret.), and Brig. Gen. Peter Zwack, USA (Ret.).
Newly elected members include:
- Lt. Gen. Robert P. Ashley Jr., USA (Ret.), former director, Defense Intelligence Agency
- Maj. Gen. George Franz, USA (Ret.), managing director, Cybersecurity Defense lead, Accenture Federal Services
- Erringer Helbling, head of federal, Altana A.I.
- Sue Kalweit, managing director, Deloitte
- Dr. Larry Kerr, vice president, Global Health & Multilateral Affairs, PhRMA
- Johnny Sawyer, president/CEO, The Sawyer Group
- Vice Adm. Robert D. Sharp, USN (Ret.), former director, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
- Misty Tullar, former chief financial officer, National Reconnaissance Office
Congratulations and welcome to the new and returning members.
—Lt. Gen. Bob Noonan, USA (Ret.), Intelligence Committee chair
