Fessler Assigned to Headquarters U.S. Northern Command

Col. Peter M. Fessler, USAF, has been selected for the grade of brigadier general and assigned as North American Aerospace Defense Command deputy director of operations, Headquarters U.S. Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado.
