NDU Adds Its Sixth College
National Defense University (NDU) leaders have officially incorporated the new National Intelligence College (NIC), which marks the sixth college at the Fort Lesley J. McNair-based institution in Washington, D.C.
NIC professors and instructors will be responsible for teaching their students how to best serve government leaders by offering officials timely, penetrating and actionable intelligence that is required to give them the advantage and lead to winning the fight. Earning this warfighting advantage is the mission of the NDU, and the NIC will ideally play a part in achieving the university’s goal.
NDU officials expect the addition of the NIC to add to the institution’s established legacy in the intelligence community. NDU has played a role in instructing the next generation of intelligence and national security personnel for more than six decades, according to an NDU LinkedIn post.
