Raytheon to Support Troops in Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan
Raytheon Company of Marlborough, Massachusetts, is being awarded about $21 million for: a wide-area, multilateration, en-route airway surveillance system for the Republic of Kyrgyzstan in support of the U.S. combatant forces in Afghanistan and the Kyrgyzstan Republic; air traffic control tower construction at Manas International Airport; and relocation of existing Kyrgyz Aero Navigatzia equipment to the new tower. The contracting activity is Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts.
