Lockheed Martin to Provide C-5 Infrared Countermeasure System

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Marietta, Georgia, is being awarded a $7,967,982 firm-fixed-price contract for procurement of C-5 Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasure System (LAIRCM) Group A hardware and assembly of the Group B (government-furnished parts) parts with the Group A hardware into nine C-5 LAIRCM kits; and initial spare parts. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
