Orbital Sciences Corporation, Dulles, Virginia, is being awarded a $32,642,695 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to develop a maneuverable augmented geostationary laboratory experiment platform spacecraft bus. The contracting activity is Air Force Research Laboratory, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico.
