Harry Wingo, senior vice president, strategic initiatives for Circadence Corporation, develops strategies to align development efforts with U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Congressional and Executive Branch priorities, and communicates the value of Circadence’s cyber range technology and solutions to national defense and governmental leaders. He is a former Navy SEAL officer and a member of the AFCEA Cybersecurity Committee. He previously served as the deputy national cyber director.

In welcoming attendees to TechNet Land Forces East today, Sen.
