Scientific Research Corporation, Atlanta, Georgia, is being awarded a $74,734,005 cost-plus, incentive-fee, fixed-price cost contract to procure the MC-130J Terrain Following/Terrain Avoidance Radar System. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
