Lockheed to Support Egyptian Radar Systems

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Liverpool, New York, is being awarded a $6,874,340 contract modification to a previously awarded contract for the continued contractor engineering technical support (CETS) services in support of the Egyptian AN/TPS-59(V)3E and M34 radar sets. Funding in the amount of $1,478,083 is being applied with this modification, bringing the total amount funded on the contract to $6,874,340. CETS encompasses on-the-job site training in the operation, maintenance, repair and modification, and technical assistance in troubleshooting and repair of system malfunctions of the AN/TPS-59(V)3E and M34 radar sets as well as associated equipment. The Marine Corps System Command, Quantico, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
