Wilsbach Assigned to U.S. Northern Command

Maj. Gen. Kenneth S. Wilsbach, USAF, has been appointed to the rank of lieutenant general and assigned as commander, Alaskan Command, U.S. Northern Command; commander, 11th Air Force, Pacific Air Forces; and commander, Alaskan North American Aerospace Defense Region, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
