Initiate Government Solutions (IGS), LLC is a woman-owned small business (WOSB) with 13 years' experience providing innovative health information technology solutions for federal government healthcare IT programs. IGS expertise includes data warehousing, interoperability, big data, data analytics, informatics, data science, visualization, and modernization of federal EHR systems, with knowledge and experience in biomedical, public health, and genomics data. We currently support research efforts for 3 petabytes of patient data, 16 million veterans, 400 Indian Health Service and tribal clinics, and over 60,000 researchers. Our highly relevant experience includes serving as an incumbent subcontractor on the Veterans Informatic and Computing Infrastructure (VINCI) in which we support development of VX-130 and Voogle. We also support the current Cerner Data Migration Task Order under the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) enterprise-wide effort for the migration of VistA data to HealtheIntent using VX-130 for IOC through full implementation. IGS provides the EHRM data warehousing team, supports efforts to enable the new data streams coming on line for Cerner, maps and migrates data for use by operational and research staff within the enterprise, and reviews, diagrams, and documents all DoD/VA Interoperability Information Sharing Systems. In addition, IGS also supports other relevant programs at the VA, including the VINCI's Dataset (one of the largest data warehouses in government, with informatics on 7+ million US veterans, and supporting 60,000 researchers, pulling from 50 different VA interfaces, as well as external data from NIH, CMS, and DHA), and the BISL contract, which provides data analytic and data warehouse services that supports the VA in its care for veterans. BISL is made up of the Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW), 4 regional data warehouses, 20 Veterans Integrated Service Network data warehouses, and 130 Veterans Administration Medical Centers (VAMCs) which support over 360,000 enterprise end users located in both CONUS and OCONUS.
