AAI Awarded Army UAV Contract

The U.S. Army has awarded AAI Corporation a $15,855,517 contract change order modification to fund a re-wing engineering change proposal for the Shadow unmanned aircraft system (UAS). The Shadow UAS provides Army units with near real-time surveillance, reconnaissance and target acquisition capabilities.
