Advanced Concepts and Technologies International to Support Marine Corps Logistics
Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, LLC,* known as ACT I, will provide equipment sustainment support to the U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Marine Force Storage Center (MFSC) under the GSA's OASIS Small Business Pool 1 vehicle for three years. The company will provide specialized equipment sustainment including Care of Supplies in Stores (COSIS) of component managed and completion support for designated commodity families of Ground Weapons System (GWS) equipment sets in both Albany, Georgia and Barstow, California. ACT I will provide inventory accuracy, equipment completeness, proper condition coding, and readiness for issue of the GWS equipment sets, Michael Niggel, CEO of ACT I, said. The contract was issued to support MCLC's augmentation efforts to complete reset and achieve in-store Approved Acquisition Objectives (AAOs) for specific GWS equipment sets. MCLCs MFSC has exclusive responsibility for Marine Corps enterprise-level distribution management and for planning and management of storage operations for ground weapon system Principal End Items (PEIs) and associated collateral materiel.
