Alion Awarded Contract To Support Army Manned And Robotic Vehicle Research

Alion Science and Technology has been awarded a five-year contract by the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive Research Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC). The company will support TARDEC's research and development efforts encompassing the life cycle of military manned and unmanned ground vehicles. The omnibus contract has a total value of $430 million and includes 16 awards, eight to small businesses and eight to large firms.
