BAE Systems Wins Infrared System Award
BAE Systems, Arlington, Virginia, was awarded a $49 million contract to develop an infrared system that provides a real-time, high-resolution, wide-area video persistent surveillance capability that allows joint forces to keep critical areas of interest under constant surveillance with a high degree of target location accuracy. The Air Force Research Laboratory Directed Energy Contracting Directorate, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
